Q What are the wreaths made of?
A The greenery is made out of synthetic materials that are flame retardant not fire proof. The artificial decorations vary and may include: polystyrene, cloth, wood, metal, glass or any combination thereof. Some decorations are natural such as pine cones or seed pods. Artificial birds can be polystyrene and natural feathers that may be dyed or they may be made of a mushroom composite with natural dyed coloring. Artificial flowers can be silk, polyester, or other synthetic materials.

Q Can the wreaths be electrified?
A Yes, the choices are clear or multi-colored miniature lights.

Q Can I customize my wreath?
A Yes, wreaths can be custom made pending availability of decorative supplies.

Q How do I care for my wreath?
A Display your wreath indoors or in a protected spot outdoors away from direct exposure to sun, rain, snow or sub-freezing temperatures. Store your wreath in a dry container preferably in a controlled environment away from direct heat.

Q How long will my wreath last?
A Although your display conditions may vary, you can anticipate on average 5-10 years or longer with careful packing. Exposure to direct sun or unprotected outdoor conditions may lesson the life of the decorations - causing spliting or fading and discoloration. As the decorations are hand wired onto the wreath frame, faded decorations may be easily removed and replaced.

Q How can I clean my wreath?
A Under most indoor conditions, dust is the major factor. Your wreath can be dusted with a feather duster or the new swiffer type dust cloths. If you have a canister vacuum, you can invert your hose to blow out the dust or use compressed air. Many of the decorations may be sensitive to water so please refrain from running your wreath under a faucette.

Q What should I do if the electrical light string does not light?
A Replace any missing or damaged bulbs. If the string does not light, check for an inline fuse and replace if needed. Check for any broken or frayed wires - replace immediately if found. If the string still does not light, do not use. To prevent risk of fire - remove the string of lights. The light strings may be removed and replaced as needed extending the life of your wreath.
